There shouldn't be any "a"s or "an"s. Really though, the wording is pretty out of date. I'd like to see it cleaned up to:

SKILL SHOT
Before attacking with When Green Arrow targets a normal non-adjacent figure with his normal attack, you must first roll the 20-sided die:

• If you roll 1, you may Green Arrow cannot attack this turn.
• If you roll 2-10, attack normally.
• If you roll 11-19, the targeted figure rolls 2 fewer defense dice against that attack.
• If you roll 20, the targeted figure cannot roll defense dice against that attack.

EXPLODING ARROW SPECIAL ATTACK
Range 6. Attack 3.
Choose a figure to attack. Any figures adjacent to the chosen figure are also affected by this Exploding Arrow special attack. Green Arrow only needs a clear sight shot at the chosen figure. Roll 3 attack dice once for all affected figures. Each figure rolls defense dice separately. Green Arrow can be affected by this own Exploding Arrow special attack.

The original wording is very ambiguous as to whether or not if takes place "before attacking" - in the "after moving and before attacking" phase - or during the targeting phase, as the initial line assumes the roll happens first and the bullets assume targets have been chosen already. I think the change is for the better, though, and makes more sense.

For a skilled shot, though, guy straight up misses 5% of the time. Poor Ollie.

Is this one we have been consistent on? Pretty sure wo don't just count anything 20+ as 20. This card should definitely just say 20 or higher?
