The Claw attack may end up being too powerful, I feel like it's a pretty good chance too do a wound. I also think he may work better as just as a Creature too but honestly outside his Wikipedia page I just read I don't know much about him. Also I use his figure as a proxy for Lagoon Boy which works pretty well.

Claw assault is just a better version of Maul from Beast Boy Bear. I could see dropping his attack to 2 or taking out the blank part. I lean towards an attack of two so he could still be boosted by Cap and others.

There is currently a figure on deck with and attack that triggers on a blank. I remember it being tricky to balance. You could also make Claw Assault a Special Attack and give it the lower attack with the bonus. At least the set unchanging number would make it easier to get the feel you were going for.
Would I want it to be everything I love...sure...but that's just not realistic so I'm going to focus on finding things that will make me unhappy and work on fixing those. |

I personally prefer a SA being used in these sort of 'no defense' powers.
We just have too many ways to boost figures in C3G and it makes for a wide variance where a SA sets the ability into stone. Well until someone has the cajones to make a power that alters SAs. |
