There's a few figures like that - Elektra has the SI of Elektra Natchios, some of the Street Fighters have their "game names" on top (like Ken/Ken Masters). But that honestly goes back to Thor/Thor Odinson.

The Thor one makes sense since “Thor” has become a title more than name.
Would I want it to be everything I love...sure...but that's just not realistic so I'm going to focus on finding things that will make me unhappy and work on fixing those.

This isn't a super straightforward one, Secret Identity wise, but it's not the weirdest use of the SI. The Lantern Constructs use the SI as a hack for correct uniqueness and name keywording.

The 'powers that leverage secret identities' issue is an interesting one, aren't those powers limited to a select class though like Crime Fighter?

Blockbuster's is better against Vigilantes but works on anyone. I guess even if someone's identity is known, though, you can still blackmail them. Everyone has secrets.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.
