Army Test

- What should be the unit's point value? 170.
- Give a brief overview. Animal Man filled his role as a medium-cost Adventurer well in this game. He didn't dominate like Thing or She-Hulk does, but added a decent sized attack and good protection for Invisible Woman. The fact that both Invisible Woman and Wasp could ignore War Machine and Dr Doom's ability definitely hurt.
Map: Icy Road.
Units: Mr Fantastic, Invisible Woman, Wasp, Animal Man vs Dr Doom, War Machine, 3x Moloid.

Early Game
War Machine moved into position in the middle of the map on his first move. The Fan4 moved to the opposite side of the river. When the Moloids and Dr Doom started to move towards the middle, the Fan4 started to move behind them. However, the threat of Invisible Woman being attacked forced them to move back into position on their side of the road.

Dr Doom and his minions initiated the attack. He was able to get an attack off on Invisible Woman which caused 1 wound, but the Moloids couldn't get position on Invisible Woman. Dr Doom then Power Drained Mister Fantastic, which made it so Sue couldn't fly away to safety. He was able to get 3 more wounds on Invisible Woman over the course of the round.

Late Game
After Power Drain wore off Sue flew away to safety while Dr Doom was held down by Mr Fantastic while Animal Man shot at him from the water. The Moloids fell, and then their Ruler followed shortly thereafter. War Machine didn't really stand a chance once Mister Fantastic wrapped him up and Animal Man beat on him.

Who won and how many wounds did they have? Mr Fantastic (3 wounds), Animal Man (2 wounds), Invisible Woman (4 wounds), Wasp (0 wounds).

Army Test
- Does it pass, Yes or No? Yes.
- What should be the unit's point value? 160.
- Give a brief overview. This was to test how Animal Man did in a non-Fan4 army. As can be expected, he didn't do so hot this game. His main job was to clean up any leftovers that Hulk left behind, but he didn't really pull it off.
Map: Icy Road.
Units: Animal Man, Hulk and Bruce Banner vs Abomination and Morbius.

Early Game
Early game it was Hulk vs Abomination in the middle of the map. Hulk was forced to switch out with Bruce Banner early on in the fight. In the toe-to-toe, Hulk was getting beat up on pretty badly, getting thrown into an area that forced him to leap back into the fight, cutting his attack in half. Eventually he raged though, and was able to kill off Abomination JUST before he would've likely died on the next turn, as he was sitting at 6 wounds. He couldn't get in range to attack Morbius so he leapt away to safety.

End Game
This was Animal Man's time to shine. He gave up initiative to force Morbius to come to him, which helped Animal Man get the first attack. Unfortunately he wasn't able to do any real damage to Morbius, as any time he would get a wound in, Morbius would just heal it off, and his 4 defense couldn't force Morbius to take any wounds from his blood hunger. Eventually Morbius finished off Animal Man, and then prepared to take on the Hulk. He moved to an area that was just out of Hulk's reach, which forced the Hulk to leap at him. Hulk managed to get 1 wound with his weakened attack. Morbius then whiffed on the Hulk, taking a wound. Hulk came back with a full 6 skull roll, and Morbius was finished off when he only managed to roll 1 shield!
Who won and how many wounds did they have? Hulk (6 wounds).

Looks like 160-170 again here. Animal Man's team won both games, and it looks like all of his powers are still getting use. I'll wait for ZJ's test for more clarity on this though.

Yep, definitely 160-170. After those I'd probably lean slightly towards 170, but it's close.

(why would he remove a Wound Marker for inflicting damage to a DO?)
