I'd have painted the parts I painted as skin (along with the neck of my purple cape) into black cloth (with the hands gray). Two red angular spots for eyes. Increased the height of the points on the helmet and created flat pieces using green stuff to go over his chest, abs, and waist for armor which would also increase the size of his chest to a more muscle-y proportion (normally I'd just paint such details on, but the official model is wrinkly in the abdomen). Small sculpted circle + paint for the emblem + extended belt instead of cape. It involves more work than this Shredder mod, but less than my Beast Man mod (as all the necessary sculpted parts are flat simple shapes).
