I'd call Waterlogged something like Water Creature or Marine Animal.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

I don't think "Echolocation" captures the power well as a name - I'd suggest "Echolocation Recon" or something along those lines.

And I'd also go with something more general for the first power. Like "Aquatic 2" or something. I think it would also fit for mermaids and and other legless sea-folk that way.

Are we set on Wild for a species? Half the other Beast Boy forms aren't Wild. I have no issue either way, but I wonder if we want something more specific.

Would I want it to be everything I love...sure...but that's just not realistic so I'm going to focus on finding things that will make me unhappy and work on fixing those.
