Re: The Book of Plastic Man (II) (Public Testing)
C3G STANDARD PLAYTEST FEEDBACK FORM
NAME OF THE PLAYTEST UNIT: Plastic Man Army Test Map: A Couple Puddles Units: Plastic Man (210), Green Arrow II, Hawkwoman, Green Lantern Guy (1000) VS Fantastic 4 (1000)
Spoiler Alert!
___________________________________________________________ Army Test Map: A Couple Puddles Units: Plastic Man (210), Green Arrow II, Hawkwoman, Green Lantern Guy (1000) VS Doc Ock II, Electro, Kraven, Mysterio, Sandman, Vulture (1000)
Spoiler Alert!
THOUGHTS ON THE TESTED UNIT'S COST, BALANCE, & DRAFTABILITY: Fun design, Plastic Man felt like a very mischievous figure on the battlefield. He didn’t do much offensively and has a fairly big weakness to special attacks. I think he could be safely taken down to the 180 range if you wanted - he’s a tricky unit to use well. Super fun though, nobody else really drags figures around like him. He's like a Stuck/Rubber Wrap unit but actually fun to play against. |

Re: The Book of Plastic Man (II) (Public Testing)
Awesome! Thanks for the surprise quick tests!
Glad to hear you had fun with and against him as well. Definitely important when trying to introduce another pesky figure. Let's try the next set at (edit)*190, and see how that goes. 1 more set should give us all the data we need after 6 close wins/losses at 200-210, and your medium loss at 210. We can finalize after that. Last edited by Arkham; September 24th, 2020 at 11:17 PM. |

Abilities: Yanks only allies around. Fails sole rebound roll.

_____________________________________________________________ Army TestMap: Conflict Chernobyl Units: Livewire, Plastic Man II (190), Human Torch, Chucky, Faith Herbert (900) vs Professor X, Beast, Angel, Cyclops, Shadowcat I, Iceman (900) Unit Summary Damage: 0 damage dealt. Abilities: Yanks only allies around. Fails sole rebound roll.
Spoiler Alert!
_____________________________________________________________ GENERAL THOUGHTS ON THE TESTED UNIT: His interaction with carry units is super duper weird. Other than that, he’s fine. Special attacks will definitely tear into him, but he has some decent potential against normal attacks. Pretty easy to try and specifically target him with Specials to dodge rebound altogether. |

Re: The Book of Plastic Man (II) (Public Testing)
Thanks for the tests!
He's gone: @190 2-1 Big win. (LordVenoc) Big loss. (LordVenoc) Medium win. (LordVenoc) @200 2-0-1 Close win. (Arkham) Close win. (Arkham) Tie. (Arkham) @210 0-4 Close loss. (Arkham) Close loss. (Arkham) Close loss. (Arch-Vile) Close-Medium loss. (Arch-Vile) I'm liking 200 here. I think that should help with some more JL builds as well. Just some thematic Champion possibilities: Hawkwoman(260), Martian Manhunter(340) (600) + 200 = 800 Hawkwoman(260), Superman(440) (700) + 200 = 900 Black Canary(220), Green Arrow(210), Dr. Fate(370) (800) + 200 = 1000 Black Canary(220), Green Arrow(210), Aquaman(370) (800) + 200 = 1000 Green Arrow(210), Martian Manhunter(340), Batman(250) (800) + 200 = 1000 Green Arrow(210), Martian Manhunter(340), Hawkgirl(250) (800) + 200 = 1000 Black Canary(220), Wonder Woman(310), Aquaman(370) (900) + 200 = 1000 Black Canary(220), Wonder Woman(310), Dr. Fate(370) (900) + 200 = 1000 Wonder Woman(310), Martian Manhunter(340), Batman(250) (900) + 200 = 1100 Wonder Woman(310), Martian Manhunter(340), Hawkgirl(250) (900) + 200 = 1100 Green Arrow(210), Superman(440), Batman(250) (900) + 200 = 1100 Green Arrow(210), Superman(440), Hawkgirl(250) (900) + 200 = 1100 Hawkwoman(260), Green Arrow(210), Wonder Woman(310), Black Canary(220) (1000) + 200 = 1200 Wonder Woman(310), Superman(440), Batman(250) (1000) + 200 = 1200 Wonder Woman(310), Superman(440), Hawkgirl(250) (1000) + 200 = 1200 Hawkwoman(260), Martian Manhunter(340), Batman(250), Hawkgirl(250) (1100) + 200 = 1300 Hawkwoman(260), Superman(440), Batman(250), Hawkgirl(250) (1200) + 200 = 1400 Black Canary(220), Green Arrow(210), Dr. Fate(370), Batman(250), Hawkgirl(250) (1300) + 200 = 1500 Black Canary(220), Wonder Woman(310), Aquaman(370), Batman(250), Hawkgirl(250) (1400) + 200 = 1600 I propose a vote to move to Final Editing. |

Re: The Book of Plastic Man (II) (Public Testing)
yea. Round numbers like that always work well as add-ons.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Re: The Book of Plastic Man (II) (Vote for On Deck)
Not sure I'm super sold on the hands effect (mostly a "how will this effect look printed more than anything).
Still, generally like it and find it fun. More art savvy folks could comment on the details of the matter. Yea |
