Getting about 210 on the calculator for her with that power set, but I'm honestly a bit skeptical. I might try her at 190 with an eye on whether she drops, but that's just my gut feeling.

Liking what I'm seeing! I guess my only comment is that Daring Decoy doesn't feel especially needed. You already have the Clingy power so she'll always be up in opponents' business. Ragdoll is super good himself (Obviously his Cling power is better, but also Harley will have movement synergies). Cling is a pseudo-Decoy for ranged figures anyway, and the Bat-fam has Dick Grayson which already has Decoy if you want that.

I wouldn't nay it if you're set on keeping it. Just feels like the most extraneous power, especially as a 4th power.

I tend to agree with LP - I'd personally rather drop Daring Decoy and try to get her down to 160. (Both 160 and 190 are good values for her factionally.) Maybe we just do a vote?

I'm going to re-propose a VOTE for Initial Playtesting. (Hopefully for the final time! ) Please include in your vote if you'd rather see this design start at 190 pts. w/ Daring Decoy or 160 pts. w/o Daring Decoy. (If you have a preference, that is.) The rest of the design will be the same either way.

I'm not convinced she'd even be 190 with DD. I think you're looking at 160-170 either way, given her lack of defensive powers/survivability, bonding, or boosts etc. She's closer to a Swordsman or Tigra than Bane, IMO.

You could also drop her range to 4 to shave a little points off. That'd keep her range the same as her Explosive range, which is always nice to sync up for headspace. I also don't think the longer range is as necessary given she's generally gonna want to stay in the fray as often as possible.

Regardless, I'm a yea either way, but think DD is the more interesting/fitting way to go.

She does seem more like she is using short range guns so I’d support a drop to range 4.

She's mainly shown using rifles and being pretty good shots with them, so 6 feels good to me. I'd probably value just dropping range entirely (she's still mostly a melee character) over lowering the range, so maybe that's something that can be felt out during initial?
