Re: Master Set IV/Assault in the Mournlands.
Thematically its like the Cultists surrender some of the poise and care usually demonstrated by Warforged to hit really hard causing them to be a bit more vulnerable after that. Perhaps something similar to HOSS' Hold Steady power on the rebels?
