Is there a reason the "no clear sight" part of the special attack was edited out of the SP here? If not, I'm assuming it was an error and that the SP just needs updating.

Let me know what y'all think!

After a bit of looking, I found a set name for this unit that is more easily searchable. The figure used is from an Imperial Toys Military Defense 75pc Playset.
