I have mixed feelings about this. Its for sure going to Hasbro, but several people who signed it said they didn't want WotC to have any future involvement with HS.

I'd still say send to both, though I agree with the people who want WoTC to no longer be a part of HS. They ruined it with their secondhand marketing to D&D players in my opinion. (Coming to that conclusion after reading the Ask THe Developers thread with the responses saying WOTC was basically using HS to re-issue old figures to D&D players.)
