I've been slammed with school, various RL issues, and when I have time, SoV/C3V stuff. I'm still around and replying to posts, but no one else is making any and I'm not in a position to push things myself.
I believe White Knight is busy helping the Star Wars project be ready for a May release (best of luck to them), but most of us are still around. I think what we need right now, more than discussion, is active playtesting, and that's hard to come by--especially this time of year. Well, like everybody else, I'm still here, just don't really feel like Playtesting. I think it's in part due to the fact that I don't care much for the Gandalf we have in the Design process.....
EDIT: I also feel we'd get a little further with less Playtests required.... It doesn't take 30 Playtests to know that a Unit is fairly Balanced, and It's not like there's ever going to be Tourneys that allow HoME. Last edited by boromir96; March 19th, 2013 at 05:42 PM. |

Hahahahah, I'm free, free, freeeeeee! *cough*......uhh....Hi guys, I'm back.....yeah, a lot sooner than expected!
So.....does anybody want to propose a vote to allow JS back in? Also, we need to move along the production of units. I propose we create a schedule sorta thing, (i.e. JS must playtest Gandalf twice before (fill in with proper date), otherwise, he cannot vote on next (something, whether it be moving a unit to playtesting, inviting a new member in, or whatever). This will encourage people to playtesting...and make the stakes a little higher. Of course, some here just aren't able to comply with that requirement, so it might not be a good idea after all. |

Ugh, I hate the end of the year...
Sorry gents, but I'm getting buried under a pile of schoolwork, RL hassles, and general mayhem. It'll be a bit before I'm back to full capacity here. Think end of May. As for Boromir's comment on playtest minimum, some will likely agree that 30 is excessive, but even if the majority think that, we need to have a minimum amount that is reasonably sufficient in order to maintain some semblance of quality control. I'd like to hear others thoughts on this (thanks WK). We need to take care of the units in Playtesting/Design, and jump-start Brainstorming. Something tells me that either the ERB needs another session of planning, or the troops need a free rein in brainstorming. |

Pardon me, I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post here, but could you explain what you guys are doing. You guys seem to be complaining about playtesting. I agree, It doesn't take 30 some playtests to finish a Figure, but if you guys need help, I think I could!
