I'm down to start at 190 here, I think the 1.0 version is pretty lowballed on power scaling.

I guess let's go to Sanity Testing, if anyone has any thoughts on Telepath, feel free to voice them.

My only thoughts on telepath are in my head I assume telepaths are like Professor X and Jean who can get in people's heads and access the astral plane and such like that. Never got that from the handful of Dr Who episodes I've watched. But also, I could have just not seen that, or our ideas for what the telepath tag means are different.

If there is a greater plan for it here that I'm not aware of, that's cool too.

The Doctor can erase/edit memories, read minds, resist mental attacks, etc., but they usually have to have physical contact with the other entity involved. (they also sometimes just "sense" things that others can't and sometimes I feel like that's written as TP, but sometimes it's just cause they're a smarty smartpants.) So I think it's a question of how low the floor is on what we'll count as Telepathy moreso than a true "are they telepathic or not?" question.

Post-game thoughts: Felt pretty good! I like how the Screwdriver makes the Doctor kinda “dance” around powerful enemies before sending in an attacker for the big hit. Feels very on-brand.

Post-game thoughts: The Doctor got mauled pretty quick here and the HIVE Titans rocked the Avengers pretty hard after that.

I...don't think he's worth 190 as-is? Specialized pieces to help him out will definitely be a big boost, but I don't think the Avengers mashup was a bad build at all and they still netted 2 losses. He's just so squishy.

Overall, I really enjoyed the Sonic change and how it makes the Doctor play - you want to beeline towards an important enemy piece and then kinda dance around them, which feels very Doctor-like.

Maybe just a drop down to 180? He's still got 3 effective scissors abilities, so I wouldn't want him to be too much of a bargain. And that still lets us do Amy at 70, Rory at 80, and River at 170 for that 500 point Pond Family micro-build I was looking at.
