Lumikinetic Explosive Light Blasting:[95] Jubilee possesses the mutant ability to generate what she calls "fireworks"[96] (also known as Energy Plasmoids or Lumikinetic Explosive Light Blasts[95]). These are essentially globules of energy that vary in power and intensity. The explosions can result in anything from a multitude of colorful sparkles, capable of temporarily blinding a person, to a fairly powerful detonation capable of smashing tree trunks or metal objects. Jubilee can also absorb the generated fireworks back into her own body without harm.[96]

So Light Damage is probably more correct?

Nice. That actually will work really well for her, given her thematic association with Vampires.

Also I'm not actually super familiar with her, is Naïve the best trait?
Wiki says her parents were killed and she was basically a street rat prior to joining the X-Men. Seems like she could be Rebellious (it'd be kinda cool with like Silverhand and Canary), but I'll leave it to the 90s X-heads.

But, yeah, if the 90's Cartoon is any indication, Naive fits.

Maybe Rebellious could go onto her Vamp card.

I like the Rebellious bit and it works just as well as Naive from what I can tell.
