GenCon Volunteers 2009 - Volunteers needed please sign up!!

Now that the schedule has come out we can finalize the volunteer schedule.

Grungebob and I will be the leads; one or both of us will be there each morning to kick things off. With Grungebob or I around a good deal of the time, we should be able to get away with running just two deep so long as we have smooth handoffs. I will cover the kick off event, Heat of Battle. I will also be around most of the time but in events.

I have not confirmed how I am getting there, but it will be wend., if you need additional help setting up I would gladly volunteer to set up stuff ( juts don't let me near the stash of Raelins - I may not be able to control myself! ( not as an official volunteer - just a scaper willing to help )

Retlaw, lets just take one slot for now. I put you down for Thursday and set up.

I am not sure how we will do storage after the events. We are not just assuming you will house the terrain again. We are evaluating our other options.

My son and I will also be available for tear down on Sunday if you need.

As for storage, they are just sitting in an unused corner of the basement right now, so it is no problem to do that again if needed.
