@Lazy Orang . I have that knight model. Its pretty good. Instead of making a skeletal horse why not go the route of a black horse with red gleaming eyes. Would totally work for arthas. Reaper bones minis are soft plastic and are very easy to cut with a hobby knife. You could quite easily cut off a generic hooded figures head and put it on there in place of the helmet. I also use greenstuff to make things like hoods if that is something you are into. Im an oldschool figure kitbashing guy but nowadays I just model it in a 3d program and print it in resin.
