Got one game in on this. The warehouse ruin causes a bit of placement trouble on TTS, but I think Toyhandle is working on a solution for that. If that issue persists, though, I was going to recommend sliding the glyph under that ruin slightly to the side to the swamp land a couple spaces to the right of it.

Overall Look: Vibrant and once we resolved the manhole cover/swamp aspect, I started really enjoying the look.

Stability: I played on TTS

Build difficulty: I played on TTS

Size: The size feels just about right

Unit types positively affected: The uneven terrain makes movement powers and range solid, but not overpowering

Unit types negatively affected: Overly large figures have difficulty moving around here, as Galactus (II) found out

Key areas on the Map: I mostly feel it filters to the middle of the map and to high points on one side, though food glyphs do have some appeal

Areas not used much or at all: the start zones beyond initial placement and the roads on the side

Foot Ninja advance on the other side of the map.
Mikey advances, then Cowabungas and grabs the Special Dough.
Shredder advances behind the Foot.
Leo advances, goes Turtle Power, Donnie advances and Staff Vaults and then throws Leo forward. (The Wall section and Castle Pillar fit is a bit tight on TTS).
Bebop and Rocksteady advance.

Round 2: Initiative Turtles. Leo double attacks the Foot and takes one out. Turtle Power! Raph picks up some wheat cakes. Mikey takes out a Foot, then Cowabungas over to another but can’t hit. He does use special dough to freeze him. Donnie staff vaults forward and takes out a Foot.
Two Foot Clan Ninja come out of the shadows. The first sends Donnie’s gauntlet flying. The second Foot inflicts a second wound on Donnie. The Foot stuck with Mikey hits him for a wound.
Rocksteady whiffs an attack on Leo but clumsy smashes him. Bebop hits Leo for a wound (thanks to Splinter providing a shield).
Rocksteady clumsy smashes himself and Bebop trying to hit Leo. Bebop hits Leo for two wounds.


Round 3: Initiative Turtles. Leo double attacks Bebop for two wounds. Turtle Power. Mikey takes out a Foot Ninja, then Cowabungas over and hits Bebop for a fourth wound. Donnie uses his Bo Staff to take out one of two remaining Foot Ninja.
Rocksteady attacks Mikey but gets Locked and Struck for a wound. Bebop can’t hit Leo.
Rocksteady attacks Mikey and is blocked. Clumsy Smash hits Shredder. Bebop takes out Leonardo.
Splinter takes Leo’s OM and advances.
Rocksteady’s shoddy weapon hits Mikey for a wound. Bebop gets the Anti-Grav Gauntlet and attacks Mikey but is blocked.

Round 4: Initiative TMNT. Donnie takes out the last Foot Ninja with his Bo Staff.
Rocksteady takes a swipe from Mikey and engages Donnie and knocks him out. Bebop takes out Mikey.
Splinter turtles a bit onto a manhole cover.
Raph jumps into the sewer.


Round 5: Initiative Turtles. Raph double attacks BeBop from height and finishes him.
Bebop had OM1.
Raph double attacks Shredder, putting three wounds on him but taking four back from Ruthless Counter Strike, then Shredder takes advantage of a poor attack roll and Ruthless Counter Strike finishes Raph.
Bebop had OM2.
Splinter takes up Raph’s Order Markers and strides over and KO’s Shredder from height.
Shredder had OM3.

Round 6: Initiative Splinter. He punches Rocksteady for a wound and uses Breaking Balance for another.
Rocksteady hits Splinter for three wounds (but takes a Breaking Balance wound).
Splinter hits Rocksteady with his attack and then uses Breaking Balance to finish him.


Map Summary: Feels nice aesthetically and communicates the theme well. I liked it for melee fights and felt the up and down height kept it interesting in this match. The glyph under the breakable wall section is tough to handle on TTS. I’d recommend moving it to a swamp land space two spaces over nearer to the hill so that doesn’t have to be dealt with. The food glyphs were a little bit of a draw but aren’t terribly powerful and not that much of a draw here.
