Efficiency- Check to see if your design is providing armies with turns/moves/etc. to a degree that would make it difficult or impossible for an opponent to keep up with your output.

1. Does your design have a chance to inflict wounds or destroy figures? Is it getting these chances too frequently or having to high a chance of success? Is the power balanced against expensive targets that can cause a massive swing in the game when destroyed?

2. Is your design adding to the stats or 20-sided die rolls of other figures in your army? Is it a boosting a broad enough range of units effectively enough to become a 'mandatory' draft or inhibit future design space? Can it be combined with other boosts too easily?

Before I start my initial I'm going to adjust the Tunneling power from:

GIGANTIC TUNNELING AMBUSH
Instead of moving Giganto normally, you may choose 2 adjacent same-level, non-water spaces within 6 spaces of Giganto and no higher than 3 levels above his height or 5 levels below his base. If there is a figure on that space, you may move that figure 2 spaces, ignoring leaving engagement attacks. Place Giganto on the chosen spaces and roll an unblockable attack die against each figure adjacent to Giganto. Giganto rolls 3 fewer attack dice on any turn that he chooses to use Gigantic Tunneling Ambush.

So awhile back researching this Giganto,
found that in 90s FF at one point the writer had Giganto as a mother raising a robot egg baby with another Deviant Mutate mate, so that's a thing.

Don't know how often there are references to he vs she.
