The figure used for this unit is a Heroclix figure from the Crisis set.
Its model number and name are #005 / Speedy.

Character Bio - “Roy Harper was raised by Brave Bow, a Navajo medicine chief after his father, a forest ranger, died in a forest fire. Under Brave Bow's tutelage, Roy became a remarkable archer, and, after Brave Bow's death, Roy was adopted by Oliver Queen, the Green Arrow, and became the Green Arrow's sidekick, ‘Speedy.’ Speedy joined Robin, Kid Flash, Aqualad, and Wonder Girl in the newly formed Teen Titans, a group originally formed from the various "teen sidekicks" active in DC comics at that time.” “Speedy was initially a successful member and began dating Wonder Girl (Donna Troy). Some time later, however, Roy's fortunes took a turn for the worse. The Titans disbanded, Roy and Donna broke up, and then Green Arrow both lost his fortune and began neglecting Roy. While the Green Arrow was away on a cross-country adventure with Green Lantern and Black Canary, Roy became addicted to heroin; the award-winning story played out in Green Lantern vol. 2, #85-86 in September and November 1971. Once Roy's secret was discovered, Green Arrow angrily punched him and then threw Roy out on the street. Green Lantern later found him and left him in the care of Black Canary, who stayed by his side while he went through withdrawal. Soon after, he had a confrontation with Green Arrow that caused the two of them to stop working together” (Wikipedia, 2011).

SPEED SHOT
After revealing an Order Marker on the Army Card of another Unique Hero that is an Archer or Sidekick you control in clear sight of Speedy and moving that Unique Hero, before attacking with that Unique Hero, if Speedy is not engaged, he may immediately attack an opponent's figure with his normal attack.

BOXING GLOVE ARROW SPECIAL ATTACK

If Speedy inflicts one or more wounds on a Unique Hero with this special attack, you may remove one unrevealed Order Marker at random from that Unique Hero's Army Card. Speedy may not attack adjacent figures with this special attack.

Thought I had mentioned this before but I can't find proof of it...Why is the Speed Shot power on this Roy different than the Speed Shot Power on Red Arrow

I know most of it is saying the same thing with this exception, Speedy has the clear sight restriction and Red Arrow doesn't.
Would I want it to be everything I love...sure...but that's just not realistic so I'm going to focus on finding things that will make me unhappy and work on fixing those.

Might be a while before I get the OP all updated with all of its links, etc., here, but I wanted to get this rolling and started on its breathing period for Tickle.

I'm really hoping to get Robin (Dick Grayson), Wonder Girl, Kid Flash, Aqualad, and this guy all in at 500 points if possible. With Kid Flash looking like 110, I'm hoping we can get this guy at 90.

Cool. The other Sidekicks and Green Arrow/Black Canary are obviously the combos I want to see tested for him.

Very cool. Both his powers are simple and useful. I imagine you've checked over all existing Sidekicks and Archers for any synergy loops or breaks with his attack bonding?

Don't know if this needed changing, but just in case, I offered this below. Then again, I'm not the smartest with the wording, so this could be just another useless attempt
