Re: C3G Playtesting Sign-up
Both true. Scapemage hit High School and found that as class work got harder his time was limited and more precious. He flat out disappeared for awhile, but is around frequently now, just doesn't have the time to come back full time. Bats is moving to Alabama, bought a house, and considering starting his own little flock of bats. Ironically, his retirement comes almost exactly 5 and 1/2 years since his original post that got C3G rolling. So yes, the times they are a changing.

Re: C3G Playtesting Sign-up
Well said TrollBrute.
I was a little worried about the future but you have had a strong voice lately and that is encouraging. You are absolutely correct that we need help in the playtesting department. It is the oil that keeps this machine from seizing. Good to see you streaky! I am still holding on to the hope you will return someday. Re: C3G Playtesting Sign-up
It can be hard to find the time and the ambition to do playtesting, and the longer you're out of it the harder it seems to jump back into it; I kept putting off signing up, but now that I have I'm glad I did. Even just doing a single report has relight my enthusiasm. Let's not let this project fade when there's still so much potential life left in it! C3G: Taking Superheroes to a Whole New Level! Re: C3G Playtesting Sign-up
Exactly. There have been tons of threads and discussions of designs and ideas but nothing compares to what C3G has accomplished.

Re: C3G Playtesting Sign-up
For those that have been lingering and biding their time, now is the time to jump in. C3G is at an unprecedented crossroads for itself. The often mentioned distant future is now upon us. Will you sit back and watch others try to fill a rather large void or will you volunteer to help share the mantle of the Bat? It's time for a decision.
Don't misunderstand, C3G has strong leadership in place, but I doubt even Bats realizes how much he did around here. Semi-Retired C3G Hero (and first Official Member of the C3G Target Audience!) Re: C3G Playtesting Sign-up
I've been itching to jump back in here, but I've got kind of a crazy workload going on right now. I'd like to be in a mental state that's not "running around with my hair on fire" before I make any time commitments.
Hopefully I'll be able to make some time this weekend. |

Re: C3G Playtesting Sign-up
Great stuff, guys! Fwiw, I'm confident the leadership and enthusiasm of TB and johnny139 will carry this group far into the future!
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Re: C3G Playtesting Sign-up
I trust ALL of the Heroes to lead C3G into this new era, just as I always have. (I know Bats does too!)
