Looks solid. I like letting her have multiple order markers. It will feel like she’s getting more aggressive as her team falls.

A fair amount of fiddly conditionals to remember. I'm not 100% sure that they're all needed (such as the add 4 for an Order Marker on Wonder Girl in the second power), but I know the intent behind them and I'm cool seeing folks test them out.

If an enemy figure in clear sight of Wonder Girl engaged with only one Titan or Sidekick you control would move, you may roll the 20-sided die. If you roll 15 or higher, that figure receives one wound. Add 4 to the roll if there is an Order Marker on this card. You may only roll for this power once for each figure you control.

Is this meant to activate when a figure moves 0, or only when a figure moves 1 or more spaces?

Spoiler Alert!

Round 1: Young Justice moves out. Robin overextends himself and gets wrapped by Mister Fantastic, but Wonder Girl’s Attack Plan allows him to stick a wound on Thing. Hit Anything That’s Moving! causes the Fan4 to use Human Torch instead of Thing to finish off Robin.

Round 2: Cassandra is blocked, then the Fan4 put 4 wounds on Cassandra, though Hit Anything That’s Moving! and a leaving engagement strike put 2 wounds onto Human Torch. Figure placement made it tricky to engage Invisible Woman with Starfire while keeping the Attack Plan bonus, so Starfire goes after Human Torch instead - killing him! Hit Anything That’s Moving! deals a wound to Thing before Thing kills Cassandra. Starfire wounds Invisible Woman, then Reed puts 2 wounds on Starfire.

Round 3: Starfire brings Invisible woman to 4 wounds before falling, then Reed ties down Raven and Kid Flash. The Fan4 brings Raven to 4 wounds - all the Titans manage are having Donna lasso Thing out of Invisible Woman’s range and bring him to 4 wounds.

Round 4: Donna takes out Thing, but the Fan4 takes out Raven then Donna. Kid Flash then rolls all skulls on defense, so he falls as well.


Who won? List figures remaining in the winning army (include life remaining for heroes): Mister Fantastic (0 wounds) and Invisible Woman (4 wounds) wins.

Cassandra’s powers were pretty handy here - all were used fairly effectively. It encourages a different playstyle than the dominant Nightwing, but I was still getting used to all the pieces. I rushed out Robin early to get an extra attack, and that cost me big time in the long run. I feel like her team performed well enough thanks to her passive boosts.

Round 1: Both sides slowly move up, Young Justice having learnt its lesson about overextending Robin and Cassandra.

Round 2: The Titans take out Captain Cold, while the Injustice League can’t manage much. Then Grodd burns an Injustice League marker and takes out Kid Flash.

Round 3: Firefly and Weather Wizard each inflict some wounds, and Raven absolutely fails at doing damage. But then Starfire goes on a rampage, killing both Weather Wizard and Firefly in a single turn. Grodd and Onomatopoeia take out Raven, then Cassandra moves up.

Round 4: Cassandra engages Grodd, and she and Robin bring him to 3 wounds. Grodd burns a marker to inflict 4 wounds on Cassandra then Onomatopoeia uses POW! to deal 3 wounds to Robin. Starfire’s fury kills Grodd then Robin puts a couple wounds on Onomatopoeia, who fails to counter-attack.

Round 5: Onomatopoeia misses Robin again, then Zoom kills Cassandra. Starfire (who had the first two OMs - skipped Cassandra’s attack plan this round) manages to kill Zoom due to his awful defense rolls and then Robin takes out Onomatopoeia.


Who won? List figures remaining in the winning army (include life remaining for heroes): Starfire (1 wound), Robin (3 wounds), Wonder Girl Donna (0 wounds) win.

Cassandra’s Attack Plan was far handier this game, and keeping Robin alive for ranged attacks was a gamechanger to continually get extra attacks. Playing around Hit Anything That’s Moving! is really tough for the opposing side. But for the Titans, as they start to lose members the OM restriction becomes a downside, so it’s sometimes worth ignoring if the right situation comes up.

THOUGHTS ON THE TESTED UNIT'S COST, BALANCE, & DRAFTABILITY: Fun design, and felt balanced to me. Definitely not as powerful as Nightwing (I) as a Titan leader, but Wonder Girl has some neat tricks that causes the Titans to play differently, which is quite fun. The OM and once-per-figure-turn restriction keep it pretty balanced, and the figure placement requires you to really plan ahead and sometimes skip out on otherwise more favorable placement. Lots of decisions so it’s not an easy design to play!

Awesome! I figure nothing will be as powerful as Nightwing, but as long as she feels good and useful, I’m happy.

Overextending Robin is definitely something to avoid. Losing him early is rough.

I’m hoping once the rest of the team is done they’ll feel even better, so if she’s a tad weak now I’m not terribly worried.
