The new powers both look good to me here, but looking at Black Bat's version of Utility Belt 1....

Honestly, I would not mind leaving the "of your choice" bit out of this card and retconning it off Black Bat either, but it's not really a problem, so probably easier to just leave it in.

Yeah, I wouldn't mind pulling the mini art up a bit just so that most of the frame isn't background. Not sure how feasible that is.

EDIT: YK, I'm going to give that angle a try, but I have some doubts. I'll let you know if it works.


Update: The angle definitely doesn't work. His pose is very much a forward crouch, and doesn't make any sense for a mid-air pose.
