At the start of the game, choose one enemy Hero to be Michael's Victim. After an opponent reveals a numbered Order Marker on the card of a figure they control, if Michael's Victim is within clear sight of Michael, immediately either:

Obviously if the markers aren't black, you can swap that out for whatever. I added in the extra wording to One Good Scare because I wanted to make it clear that he still loses his Stalker Markers if his Victim goes down in between his death and resurrection.

Other than that, it may be best to just stick with the stalking lingo.

Hmmm.... I quite like Halloween, especially given Jason has a power called Friday the 13th. Perhaps something like Halloween Stalker?

But seriously, it's way too hard to track. I think you should go Unique only.

I guess. Pretty much contradicts the character taking on commons and all that, but we've pretty much already crossed that bridge when civilians etc. were excluded. But it's not a big deal.

Hmmm... do we want to go back a bit and tweak things so that he could be a terror to squaddies as well? I mean he does terrorise the equivalent of civvies.

Not really, no. It's not a big deal to me. He can still attack them and kill them pretty easily with an attack of 4. I hardly ever use squads or commons so personally, it's a non-factor for me.
