Yea. I like how those changes make Fan Four a stronger choice against him.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

nice framing on the comic art
Would I want it to be everything I love...sure...but that's just not realistic so I'm going to focus on finding things that will make me unhappy and work on fixing those.
