Re: Savage Throwdown 3/18 in Savage, Maryland

Ok, let's get maps straightened out. @Man_At_Arms , can you guys bring maps? Or will the car be full?

I added a couple maps to the OP. Robber, remind me what exactly you need me to bring for your map.

Re: Savage Throwdown 3/18 in Savage, Maryland

I can bring Savage Corridor if you don't mind me substituting water tiles for swamp tiles (since I don't have a SOTM).

Also, are we using glyphs?

No, no need for glyphs. Do you have a favorite map you'd like to bring instead? We'll need more maps than just the ones I listed in the OP. Suggest one and I'll have a look.

I'm sure we can fit at least one map. Any requests?

Re: Savage Throwdown 3/18 in Savage, Maryland

Well, I posted a couple in the OP. If you can stack them and bring both, it would be great. I want to have a couple extra maps because I have published, elsewhere, that this is a "learning" event, so I want room for drop-ins. Can you bring Savage Corridor and Halcyon? Links in the OP.

Re: Savage Throwdown 3/18 in Savage, Maryland

Apologies in advance but I just realized in trying to build my map that I actually needed TWO x TJ sets when I only have one.

Any issues if I bring Fulcrum by Dignan (I'm 100% certain I can build it!):

TIP: Since BoV maps tend to jostle around during long trips use some ladders (IF you've got access to a FotA Castle Set) to hold it together. They really reinforce the connectivity-ness of the tiles. And if anyone has a "Magic of the Gathering: Arena of the Planeswalkers" game that could provide a flat cardboard map with a suitable 1.5" hexagonal grid to play on which can be assembled in two minutes vs. 20+ with a box of plastic.
