Yeah, I'm generally happy with how this looks post-tweaks. I agree only rolling one unblockable per moved figure is a ceiling, and a good limit in general. Unblockables can be nasty.

One thing I like in particular with Living Legend is the failstate - the fact he can survive the unsurvivable and finish the job, but no one will really notice. Feels very appropriate for the character, the tragic, forgotten Captain America.

Cool, I've got no problems running with that. I think the first part of ItB could be interpreted that Cap would proc ItB if he begins and ends his turn engaged, when my intention was he starts his turn unengaged and moves into engagement. I'll think of some wording to fix that in the morning, and move forward with the checklist and proposal for the initial at 200 afterwards.

Might be okay to let him use it even when he starts his turn engaged? Otherwise enemies that can stay on top of him could shut it down pretty easily, and I don't think it'd be too juiced that way. Your call though!
