So the question was raised about revealing/removing OMs with Question. For numbered Order Markers, it makes no difference - he removes them anyways. For X, though, it says they're revealed but doesn't specify that they're removed. As we established in Chimp's thread, this is redundant outside of rare corner cases - a revealed OM is "used up" and cannot be revealed again.

I only see one test where this MIGHT have come up, in the first test HERE, where the X is revealed on Cyborg. It doesn't mention Cyborg healing, but I'm not sure if Scape didn't heal or just forgot to mention it. Regardless, Cyborg should not have been able to heal.

To clarify things and make the wording a bit simpler, I'd suggest switching to this - OM gets removed either way, you get a bonus if it was the X.

Once per round, after revealing an Order Marker on this card and instead of moving, you may choose any Order Marker on an adjacent figure’s Army Card. Reveal that Order Marker and remove it from that card. If you revealed an “X” Order Marker, that figure rolls 2 fewer defense dice when attacked by Question this turn, or 3 fewer defense dice if it is a Criminal or Crime Lord.
