I am not a fan of Monopoly, Had some bad experiences... Play apples to apples it's a lot more fun and everyone can quit when they don't want to play anymore.

Last night a game of Bohnanza with the kids. A really like this game. I got it on a recommendation for LoB's boardgame club at school and it was a fantastic choice. Fun game of trading and farming beans.

Started the 2nd scenario of PACG S&S, but ran out of time to finish. We still don't use the ship much, but it least it gives you plenty of opportunities for "Arrrrrrrrg"s, because that never gets old.

For those still on the fence on X-Wing, not that there are that many left on the fence, Coolstuff has the Tie and X-Wing expansions on sale today for $8 each.

Played some games with my in-laws last night.

Two games of Love Letter. I'm always amazed at how much game you can get out of 16 cards.

Many games of We Didn't Playtest This At All. Silliness and laughs abound.

A full game of Powerboats. Everyone had a good time.

Slightly off topic, yet still related, but GOG now has the Upgraded Special Editions of the original PC games X-Wing and TIE Fighter available to run pn modern PCs for $10 each.






I spent many an hour flying an X-Wing back in the 90s...
