I'm in Halifax, pretty close to Mass and about ten miles from Brattleboro (aka The Big City). Lebanon is certainly doable, though it would be an eNERVating trip

The only problem is that he is in a College in Suny Potsdam so,not a lot of scaping on his part. Believe it he actually just got a job in Pennsylvania,to pay for housing. He may be able to make a couple of the Penn. Tournaments.

Ok here are the things we will need to decide on.

1-How many tournaments you need to attend to qualify. (If we can have 1 tournament a month I would say 4)

2-Point scoring system (will incorporate several things to determine points)

3-Trophy/Prize/Pool...some thing for people to strive for besides the title.

4-Just about anything else including a name.


I am going to set up the board of directors by tomorrow night so if anyone wants to be on the board please speak up. (I want to get rolling on the rules and bylaws this weekend)

I agree on 4. If you have more than 4 tournaments, the highest 4 count.
I do want to add BatB as a mandatory scoring tournament, so my suggestion is: best 3 + BatB score.

The scoring system will not be affected if you go to 4 or all 12.

Also the scoring system for the league will be handled differently than the scoring at the individual tournaments so those running a tournament can use any scoring system they choose to use.
