Interesting format. At least unlike Magic tournaments there is no buy in where you are forced to by crappy units and only the greedy person who spends his days reviewing min/max lists and goes for the win at all costs gets anything of value (so I have been told, never actually played). I wish I could go, unfortunately working. I need more advanced notice, plus I already took off too many Saturdays recently.

So who's bringing all the units? Necroblade alone, or multiple people? I kinda like draft tourneys where you get to bring the units, but this would be cool too.

Can we have a no-GenCon map rule. I loved all of those maps but I'm kinda burnt out on them. Also I would suggest that we bring smaller maps to keep games fast to make up for the time we spend in the draft process

From the original post it sounds like there will only be a single draft at the beginning of the day. Magic style booster drafts go FAST... I would say that a dozen players could draft the entire HS line in 15-20 minutes.

Yeah, draft won't take more than 20 once we get settled in.

I do have Sidewinder up, and I'm not sure if I'll have the time to make a new one tomorrow.

It's pretty much random. There will be no B+ or higher units, though.

Can someone bring either Stygian Rift or Trailblazer? I'd like to have a lava map out there. I'm going to bring something with snow/ice and a jungle map.
