"Cannot use any abilties" wording doesn't work because it shuts off SS/Flying.

Second suggestion could work, doesn't feel like a must-have.

Is this good or do we have more discussion to do?
Would I want it to be everything I love...sure...but that's just not realistic so I'm going to focus on finding things that will make me unhappy and work on fixing those.

I think the second one is much cleaner and clear than what is in the OP and of that works, it's what I'd recommend.
