how long is to long while waiting for your master woo

I ordered a master woo off of ebay and the seller I won it from had almost perfect feedback and sent me an email that payment had arrrived and stuff and finally after 2 weeks the seller finally said they had managed to get it out in the mail last tuesday and that i should have it soon it is now thursday another week later and still no master woo. How long does it take for a package from Texas take. I am refraining from leaving negative feedback for now. But how long is to long because master woo cost me a decent sum of cash?
