I was very into heroscape for a while and created a bunch of my own customs, which I think are pretty good, mostly for star wars minis.

My wife wanted me to find another hobby, so now I'm selling my stuff Anyways I put up a zip file of my customs.

This is the more interesting than your sale- why did your wife want you to find another hobby? What was the problem with the one you had? Did you tell her to find another one of her hobbies too?

Sad you're quitting heroscape. You could always move on to Heroclix, D&D Minis, AT-43, or telemarketing. (I'd go with the last one.)

What we ARE about, however, is making fun of you for being told by your wife that you have to give up a hobby that is wholesome and inoffensive.

As my wife has said many times in response to henpecking women who ask her how she can put up with my videogamin' and Heroscapin':
"At least I know where he is on a Friday night and trust who he's with."

As long as you're not driving your family into the ground financially, and you're being faithful to your wife in terms of time with her and respect towards her- how is Heroscape a hobby that needs to be given up?

Now if I could only get Wifey to play a game with me...

I'd kill for a "whipped" smiley right about now... Really, though, you've gotta keep the wife happy. If our buddy barrand gave up HS for the wife, he must really love her....or be whipped....
