Galactic Empire Human Unique Hero Grand Moff Ruthless Medium 5 Life 4 Move 5 Range 4 Attack 3 Defense 2 Points 160 TARKIN DOCTRINE When rolling for initiative, opponents must subtract 2 from their roll for each differently named Army Card you control that follows the Galactic Empire, to a maximum of 10 subtracted from their roll. IMPERIAL DEPLOYMENT Start the game with 4 Overconfidence Markers. Each round that you win initiative, before revealing Order Markers, you must place one Overconfidence Marker on this card. After placing an Overconfidence Marker on this card, you may move all figures you control that follow the Galactic Empire up to 3 spaces each. YOU OVERESTIMATE THEIR CHANCES Whenever an opponent rolls the 20-sided die for a special power on an Army Card they control, that opponent may add or subtract 1 from the result for each Overconfidence Marker on this card. |

Cool card. He seems high-priced considering how much he helps your opponents, but I guess he really earns it in higher point games by letting you slow-roll your while army at once.

I assume Tarkin himself counts as a Galactic Empire Army Card/Figure for Tarkin Doctrine and Imperial Deployment?

Yeah, I can imagine how crazy Imperial Deployment could get in a really high point game. Even in a low-point one, if you have a sizable enough force you could be moving ~20 units at the start of the round, which is crazy.

Oooh man... Can't wait to have AT-STs. Moving two or three of them in one turn? Awesome, even if it is only three spaces, but really would allow for map control, especially with storm trooper back up.
