1. Are the character’s name and secret identity listed in a consistent format with the rest of the project? If the character shares a name and/or secret identity with another character is it properly clear whether or not they are the same character?

2. Consider the listed Species. Are the design’s power level, point level, and statistics (life, move, range, attack, and defense numbers) within the established range for that species? If it’s an outlier, is there thematic justification for this?
PASS

3. Consider the listed Uniqueness. Does the power text properly reflect whether the figure is a Hero or a squad, and whether it is Event, Unique, Uncommon, or common? If it’s Event, are the powers written with consideration for Event Hero rules? If it’s Uncommon, are the powers written to avoid stacking? If it’s common, are the powers written with this in mind?

4. Consider the Class and Personality. For each, is it a reuse? If so, is the character thematically consistent with other members of that Class or Personality? If not, is there a preexisting Class or Personality that would fit as well that could be used instead? Since it's probably not going to be reused, I don't think it's necessary?

She can change vegetables into cheeseburgers. Who else can do that?

Omni-Man is probably a better value, but I don't agree at all that Invincible is bad. I do think his value fluctuates a bit from map to map, depending on how easy it is to set up his SA.

I think letting it work with specials would actually be more helpful to Invincible. His SA is his big flashy attack. Whenever I play Invincible, I'm hoping to set that up.

Omni-Man's SA is nice, but it's a multi-hit thing and Atom Eve's boost is a one-shot deal that's only good for the first hit of it. I don't think boosting part of his SA is so scary that we should cut off her ability to help out Invincible's big design hook.

Plus, I mean... Omni-Man is the outright better normal attacker of the two. If you can only get one marker on an opponent's card at a time (which is the case as I'm reading it), then you want your shot at attacking them with reduced defense to be a big one. Normals only doesn't feel like it's really doing Mark any favors, to me.

Anywho, I'm a little confused about the marker mechanics in the new version.

Marker changes name mid power here, and I'm not sure the marker maximum makes sense here, but that's relatively minor stuff. My big question is about the bold part.

Are you removing the marker from the defending figure's card, or from Atom Eve's card, regardless of who's defending? It's not clear, because her second power lets her put markers on allies' cards.

I do think the second power also needs clarified as far as whether or not there's a limit to how many MM Markers she can put an another figure's card. The third power implies the limit is one, but that isn't stated.

ATOMIC ALTERATION
Opponent's figures with a Matter Manipulation marker on their card roll 1 fewer defense die when defending against attacks from figures you control. After that opponent's figure rolls defense dice, remove all Matter Manipulation markers from it's card.
So technically this allows for opponent's to have more markers, but it's pointless since they all go away. I could just say there's a limit, but this way it saves on text.

Also allies shouldn't get the markers, just Eve and enemies, so that's clarified.

If this approach is still confusing, we could just split her powers even more and have two different types of markers. I just thought this would be more elegant. I believe that this design WORKS simply, it's just hard to word.
