Personal I like the Greater Ice Elemental. I think his sculpt is great looking. I also like his abilty to change water to ice. I've had it come in handy on water heavy maps. Especially if you use 3 or more of them together.

Earth Elemental. He's got such a strudy build and he's clearly the one with the greatest Offense and still has a solid Defense, although his greatest weakness is Range Units and I don't think he'll ever be able to overcome that weakness.

If I had been asked a month before, I would have said the WE. But after playing a game with them, my vote had to go to the EE. They are great, especially against Cutters, and aredeadly backed by Raelin and Shadow
 (okay, most things are great with Raelin and Shadow).

Water. We played a sort-of Marvel game in which we used official figures that looked like they could be from comics (Mika Connour just screams "comic book") and with a few lucky rolls (and unlucky on their behalf) it soundly thrashed a couple lower-point Marvels.
rolls one less defense die against figures who like him.
