Battlefield Category

I recently added a new map and assigned it to the 1+ Master Set Battlefield category, yet it isn't showing up after several days. Is there something wrong with the database?

No, I believe it just takes the admins awhile to approve it or something. It should show up eventually.

Well the ones I submit for the 4+ Master Set category go right up and are listed.

Ah, it seems there's a bug in the "Sort by: Date Added" feature.

Yes that is it. Is it listed there just not at the top? I admit that I really didn't start searching through the many pages of that category, I just assumed the Sort By function was working properly. >.<

They're BoV tournament maps.

I see that. But if they are already stickied in the BoV thread, I'm not quite sure why they need to be stickied on the Download list, especially since it pushes brand new maps all the way to page 2.

It was probably more valid to have them pinned when we first started. But with 2 pages worth now, your point is well said; I have unpinned them.

You know how I found your file? I searched for files under your name. Also there is a side bar there that shows the 3 most recent files uploaded, regardless of category.

I'm not an admin but I do have mod status over download section. If you have any further suggestions for improvement, please let me know.

Yeah, I know there are other ways to find the files, but I just thought something was broken since it wasn't showing up on the first page and it appeared that the maps on the first page dated back to 2010.

Another suggestion I would make is to increase the number of "recent files" that shows up in that list on the left to maybe five or six. Some days things are posted so fast that they get scrolled on by quite quickly.
