Re: The Book of Lex Luthor (III) (breathing)
NAME = LEX LUTHOR (III)
SPECIES = HUMAN UNIQUENESS = UNIQUE HERO CLASS = ANTAGONIST PERSONALITY = AMBITIOUS SIZE/HEIGHT = MEDIUM 5 LIFE = 4 MOVE = 5 RANGE = 5 ATTACK = 4 DEFENSE = 4 POINTS = 185 LEGION OF DOOM At the start of the game, place 1 black Injustice Marker on this card for each Unique Hero you control with the class of Antagonist, Criminal, Mercenary, or Psychopath, to a maximum of 4. At the start of each round, you may remove an Injustice Marker from this card. If you do, for the rest of the round, all opponents' figures subtract 1 from their Defense when attacked by a Unique Hero you control and subtract 1 from any 20-sided die rolls. UNJUST TACTICS Whenever Lex Luthor would receive one or more wounds from an attack, you may instead either: • choose an adjacent figure you permanently control to receive any wounds from the attack; or • remove an Injustice Marker from this card and, if possible, choose an adjacent opponent's figure to receive a wound. INJUSTICE CONTINGENCY When an Army Card you control has all of its figures destroyed, you may immediately remove any unrevealed Order Markers from that card and place them on any other card you control. Then, once per game, you may place a Glyph of Green Kryptonite power-side up on the card of any Unique Hero you control. Re: The Book of Lex Luthor (III) (breathing)
Looks solid. Are we moving away from the "named after various DC villain teams" for the Injustice powers?
I don't remember where we landed on what classes are going where so I'll assume these ones are fine. Psychopath seems like the weakest link but isn't unjustifiable for a "purple and green" Lex. I do think the last powers should be split though, they really have no mechanical connection at all. JOHNNY139'S CLASSIC CUSTOM THREAD! | Visit now!

Re: The Book of Lex Luthor (III) (breathing)
It could be cool if the Kryptonite placement triggered off the Contingency Plan. The superheroes think they’re winning cause they took out Giganta, but Lex already has a backup plan ready, and a secret weapon to boot.

Really dig this one. I agree with the list of classes, I like how he directly counters a JLA Trinity army by responding to the defensive natures of JLA Superman and Wonder Woman, having Kryptonite for Superman, and having a contingency power that echoes Batman. 185 seems like a good starting place. A match up that seems worth trying is Lex and a Bodyguard in the start zone with the Wrecking Crew versus the JLA Trinity at 1,000 points. C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Re: The Book of Lex Luthor (III) (breathing)
Just remember, guys - no matter how well or badly we do here, it's a better adaptation than Jesse Eisenberg's.
I like the idea of connecting the Kryptonite generation to the contingency plan. Could we throw in an ability for Luthor to collect any of the destroyed figure's Injustice League Markers? Mirrors Batman more, and feels really thematic to me as, when in an Injustice League team, Lex is constantly throwing teammates under the bus to get ahead/secure leadership. Do we feel the main power is strong enough right now? I'm concerned it may feel a tad weak. Also, I'd definitely like to try to name it after an actual Injustice Team, if possible. |

Grood already does the stealing markers bit.

Re: The Book of Lex Luthor (III) (breathing)
-1 to defense is functionally as good as +1 to attack. He doesn’t pair that with +1 defense like Wonder Woman does, but he can get an extra marker and is 125 points less than her. And she is the backbone of most good JL builds.
So, yeah, I think it’s good. C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.
