Hmm. That list doesn't do much to evoke the mechanic of them flipping--the Power Glyphs and Treasure Glyphs are both relatively straightforward in their theme, but "Strange Glyphs" doesn't really evoke a mechanic of its own. That's not really a dealbreaker, but it's worth mentioning.
Some more ideas: Fade Glyphs Hex Glyphs Portal Glyphs Cross Glyphs Mirror Glyphs Polar Glyphs Argh. These names also kind of sound esoteric like Inverse Glyphs to me; I'm not sure that they actually help sell the theme of the glyphs flickering in and out of access. Proud Member of Platyfly!

I don't like any of those either.
 Alternating Changing Fluctuating Oscillating ? Shifting (this sound more like a glyph that would move around) Vacillating I like oscillate, or alternate if we want to go more commonplace.
