As a matter of fact, I would love to. If given the chance, I would make a lot more than just that change. I have an almost finished a template of my own. If the C3V would be willing, I would like to give you that template to work with. However, if you just want the small issue I brought up today, and nothing else, I can do that when I wake up tomorrow morning.
Look at this spoiler to see me say more than I need to about the Valkrill template, and stuff.
Spoiler Alert!
Most of what I would do, you probably wouldn't notice unless you put mine and the old side by side, and zoomed in way too much. When I found the template in the downloads section I was very happy. It looks to be fairly well made, especially considering what the community had available to work with at the time. That said, it's not perfect. I want to stress, I'm not trying to bash it, or
@robbdaman 's work, I think he did a really good job, I just pay way too much attention to detail, especially when I get really interested in something. There's a lot of little imperfections in the template, most of which aren't noticeable unless you are comparing the card to the blank templates for the other generals. Some of the issues I didn't notice until

started working on "X minus 2", and I tried to line up the template with his mask image. I have been working on my template off and on for a while now, but I haven't finished it because until fairly recently, I didn't have a custom I liked for Valkrill, so I didn't have reason to finish it.
My template can be finished up in a few hours, so I can have it ready sometime on Sunday. I would have it ready sooner, but I work tomorrow, so I would want to use some of my day off to make sure I have the time to get it into a state that I'm happy with.
There is one other thing that I really would like to see changed about the C3V's templates. That would be the Valkrill general symbol that you guys use. As you can see in my signature, I made a vector of the Valkrill symbol. I believe this to be more accurate to the original Valkrill symbol, because I used multiple scans of Valkrill cards to make it, as well as comparing it side by side to real cards, to try and get it as close as I could to what WotC used on their cards.
