I spoke to him back when he first announced that he had the Trademark, and was intending to try and use it,. He told me that while he held the Trademark, Hasbro threatened legal action if he were to ever try and use the HeroScape name for anything. His lawyers told him that Hasbro would never win in court, but that it would be incredibly costly to actually fight them.
