Design Notes

- He's the heavy hitter of the skeletons. His evil eye defense was a natural fit, since both officially released cyclops' had that power. Skeletal Body was another given, and combines nicely with Evil Eye to actually make his 3 defense a decent threat vs range. How exactly a cyclops turns back attacks on ranged attackers wasn't clear to me, but I visualized them shooting some kind of energy beam out of their eye. His Enraged Evil makes him a pretty interesting package.
