Design Notes

- This figure is priced for use with the Delta priced Templar and Sir Dupuis (90pts. & 130pts. respectively). That approach made more sense to me, since King Oliver would only be used in tandem with them, and it frees the former units to be used without King Oliver. Plus, the Templar Cavalry are one of the most obviously mis-priced units in the game, so giving them a fix was acceptable to me.
