I've decided to wait to publish these changes to .org until Sunday to accommodate the request of at least one tournament running a Delta event this weekend (Saturday).

No, it does not. It re-calculates upon each load.
I hadn't thought of the wrong delta points issue. Definitely not ideal. They don't change drastically over time, so it's probably not too much...
