Character Bio - Chillblaine is the name used by a series of super-villains who have been boyfriends to Golden Glider. She recruits them as her crime partners using cold gun technology designed by her brother, Captain Cold. Because of this, the various Chillblaines are usually strong and handsome but not very smart. The original Chillblaine was killed when Glider became possessed by Eclipso. Chillblaine II and Chillblaine III had very brief careers before they were abandoned as lovers. Chillblaine IV was the last to use the title as he wised up to the scheme and murdered Golden Glider. Eventually Captain Cold murdered him in revenge.

Looks fine but I’d probably just simplify it and have him always be a rogue for our game purposes.

I agree. Just make him a Rogue. The rest of the power is great though. I love the theme of the expendable rogue power and I think you get enough of that without the dual class.

Sure, that works. I figured it'd be fun to have another cheap Misfit now that Calendar Man is finished, but Rogue synergies are the essential thing here.

Definitely was not expecting a Misfit. Always love seeing more of those, and he even has the negative villain power aesthetic down. If popular demand is for him to be full Rogue, though, I agree that's what's essential. Definitely love how you have him set up to be replaced by Captain Cold.

Yeah I really dig another Misfit, but simplifying a 35 point figure also sounds nice. I honestly might cut the cackling power, such a negative on a very low-impact figure seems nearly pointless, or easily forgettable. . I like the top power and the cold guns for sure.

Cool stuff either way.

I'm fine with Misfit, and I don't think he's so complicated that it feels like a necessary cut by any means.

I will go on record of feeling the design is a little too complex for 35 points. I think cutting the class changing bit and just having him be a Rogue is a great way to simplify such a cheap design.

Thanks all. Pretty strong support for cutting the class change, so I just made him a Rogue proper.

I'll see how the negative power feels in gameplay. I think it'll be a good way of keeping his relatively powerful special attack (for his cost) balanced.
