Character Bio – Combining a mind controlling helmet and garish fashion choices, Paul Dekker seeks to be a Batman villain for the ages, only to be blinded by the Boy Wonder Robin (Dick Grayson) when his own lasers are turned against him! Fixated by a desire for revenge, Dekker puts the crazy in his name and makes violent attempts against both Grayson and his successor, Jason Todd.

MANIACAL GLOATING
If Crazy Quilt destroys an enemy figure with his normal attack, for the remainder of the round, you cannot take any turns with Crazy Quilt and whenever you roll the 20-sided die for any special powers on this Army Card, subtract 3 from the result.

REACTIVE MIND CONTROL 12
If Crazy Quilt is targeted and attacked by an opponent's figure that does not have the Mental Shield special power, roll the 20-sided die. If you roll 12 or higher, Crazy Quilt takes no damage and the opponent's turn immediately ends. Take temporary control of the attacking figure. Move the attacking figure up to 4 spaces then return control of the figure to the player who controlled it before the Reactive Mind Control. Figures moved with this special power will not take any leaving engagement attacks.

I like him, and I'm fine either way on 3 Attack vs. 4 Attack. I didn't realize there were so many Misfits already when I was pulling stuff up for this guy... him, Clayface, and Harley Quinn make for a solid little Insane Misfit team.

Design seems fine to me. Kinda wish Garish Outfit was something more like ‘Garish Color Scheme’ for a smidge more reusability, but it probably won’t end up mattering.

I could see something like "GARISH COLORS" working just as well, he has those strobe light things too - which is probably more plausible as defense reduction than ugly clothes.

Good notes, johnny. The Insane faction is definitely propping up the Misfits for now. They may eventually be more stand alone if we ever do enough synergy pieces.
