Soundwarp's Mods: Update 05-23!

Spoiler Alert!

First of is the Arenatron, a vicious trophy-collecting Soulborg gladiator.
He is made from bits of different Gladatrons and some apoxie sculpt.









Next is an Elf that fights for Utgar, I haven't thought of a name for him yet. The basic idea is that he made a deal with the Vampires for dark power.
He is made from Syvarris with a new hand from an Arrow Grut and a new bow from a Roman Archer along with some apoxie sculpt.










Another Elf with out a name, She is meant to be a priestess type.
She is made from a Warrior of Ashra given Morsbane's staff and some apoxie sculpt additions.









Now comes the last Elf (oddly despite already having 3 different custom Elves, I don't actually like the Species, go figure )
He name is Erthon, he was made as a gift for my Brother. Erthon is based of a character my Brother made in a game called Oblivion. He was made from a Knight of Weston, a Tarn Viking sword, and Syvarris' head and bow.










Next is a custom made for one of my brother's friends. The figure is called Baelen the Wanderer, I don't really know how my Brother's friend came up with that name, but it is what he wanted to call it. Baelen is made from a Retiarius with bits of a Zettian and some Apoxie sculpt.







Next is the Marro Mutation. A Marro Warrior that tried to water clone unsuccessfully, he now has another half formed Marro attached to his back and growths have formed over his arms. He is made from two Marro Warriors and some Apoxie Sculpt. I am thinking about making a squad of these guys.











Another Marro, but this one is a Scientist, well a mad Scientist anyway. I have not given him a name yet, but I have developed some of his back story.

Phill-Inda-Blank was tasked with developing new breeds of Marro to help conquer the Vipers on Marr. However, he grew obsessed with creating the ultimate organism and began conducting experiments that even the Marro found unacceptable. He was about to be put to death when Utgar summoned him to Valhalla. Now with more test subjects than ever before, Phil is even more determined to create a super species. He even carries a special plasma blaster that causes mutations in those hit by it.

Phil is made from Ne-Gok-Sa, a Marro Warrior's blaster, parts of Marro Stinger guns for his claw arm, a Marro Drudge's upper leg for his upper left arm. bits of transparent plastic, and apoxie sculpt.










This next one is a Techno Ninja for Vydar, he also has no name. He is made from a Ninja of the Northern Wind with some apoxie sculpt additions.












The last two figures are a squad.

A pair of Zetian Guards that were captured and reprogrammed by the Airborne Elite (with help from the Omincrons), who now fight for Jandar. The Airbornes have nicknamed the Tincan Kilroy's based on their uncanny ability to infiltrate Utgar fortresses undetected, despite their large forms.
I entered these two in Aeston's repaint contest a while back. They haven't changed much, except, now they have cute little army helmets with which to strike fear into the enemy

Must admit as much as I liked your night elf, I almost cried to hear you used grut orcs and romans in your customs!!!! I would love to see what else you have in your bitz bin!!

Wow great job, best repaint's I've seen. I really like Erthon, the scientist and the techno ninja. Are you planning to make cards for them?

Out of all of these the one I am really impressed with is the techno ninja. Great pose , weapons, paint and everything. Well done!

Thanks, I actually had the idea for a split Marro warrior right after my first game of Heroscape. Unfortunately, I am the slowest customizer on the planet, just ask the TF2HS guys.

Speaking of the Marro mutation, does anyone think I should make him some pals? I have been thinking about making him into a squad, maybe even use the next ones for a custom tutorial or something. Not like my blog is getting much use now.

Thanks, I think I will take a picture of my parts bin, I probably have a least a 100 figures for customizing.

Thank you, I'm glad you like them. Phil-Inda-Blank is probably my favorite custom, I think his claw hand looks cool.

Thanks, I think the niftiest part about him is the green 'lights'. In person, the ones on his back and his hand actually look like they are glowing. Naturally, that happened completely by accident.

Wonderful! I agree that the mutated Marro are the best. Please make a full squad and rules for them!

Also, the little army hats on the Zettians is hillarious...

Utgar Guard: Halt! Who goes there?

Jandar's Zettian: Just me..uh..Zettian 476...Uh...7?

Utgar Guard: Oh, okay let me check...yeah, you're a Zettian all right. Go on through.

Jandar's Zettian: Okay, yeah. Great. Gotta go fuel up so I can...kill more...Sentinals, right?

Utgar Guard: Ha! Yeah, those guys suck.

Jandar's Zettian: Yeah...well... see you! *starts to leave*


Utgar Guard: Hey! Wait just a second!

Jandar's Zettian: Huh? What? Nothing!

Utgar Guard: What's with the hat?

Jandar's Zettian: Oh, this? I, uh, got it when I shot a paratrooper. Cool, huh?

Utgar Guard: Yeah, that's sweet. Can you try to get one for me?

Jandar's Zettian: Oh, sure. I'm killing paratroopers all day long, so no problemo.

Those Marro customs look amazing. I really like the mutated one. The Arenatron looks super cool too. I bet he'd make a better soulborg hero than X17. Just looked at your card thread and Erthon has cool powers and they fit perfectly with the Oblivion stats.

Sure! Even though I don't make customs myself, I like to see step by step how other people do it.
