Sculpt Polls! 39. Heavy Gruts

We now head into the Dawn of Darkness with the wild Heavy Gruts.

1. The Intimidater

4. Chubs

I've always loved the contrast of the bronze/copper colored armor with the blue skin of the gruts. The heavies are the elites of the orc armies, and get pretty shiny armor and big grut-style axes for their martial talents.

The Intimidater is holding his ground and snarling at his approaching enemy. Shoulder Chop is the most aggressive of the squad, launching his axe into the shoulder of an unfortunate foe. Sgt Grut is the obvious leader of the squad being the only one with a helm. He is also standing his ground and anticipating his first strike. Chubs is the largest of the gruts, he is always bringing up the rear of the squad. He is using his pole-axe to block a potentially deadly blow to his chest.

I think in the end its the helmet that Sgt. Grut wears that sets him apart from the others. He has my vote.

Who is the favorite of these elite gruts?

One of my favorite Melee Squads. I've never liked The Intimidator, but Chubs has always looked awesome enough to make up for it.

Chubs got my vote....

I like the shoulder chopper the best, but all are awesome.

I think shoulder chop is the only one that looks like he is in the heat of the battle, imo.
