Character Bio - Private Investigator extraordinaire, Hannibal King was bitten and turned into a Vampire by Deacon Frost. Through immense willpower and determination Hannibal has chosen not to feed on Humans and resists his new found baser instincts. Having chosen to dedicate his investigative skills to eliminating the Vampire menace, Hannibal has teamed up with Blade and Frank Drake to form the Nightstalkers.

SUPERNATURAL INVESTIGATIONS
At the start of each round, after Order Markers are placed, choose an enemy figure. You may then move one additional figure up to 3 spaces for each of the following that is true:
•There is an Investigator, Slayer, or Creature you control within 5 clear sight spaces of the chosen figure.
•The chosen figure is a Demon, Lycanthrope, Undead, or has the Magical Defense special power.
•The chosen figure has one or more Wound Markers on its card.

ANIMALISTIC BEATDOWN
When Hannibal King attacks with an adjacent normal attack, the defending figure rolls 1 fewer defense die for each blank rolled. If Hannibal inflicts one or more wounds on an adjacent figure with his normal attack, he may attack that figure one additional time.

For Rat Information Network, I'd probably say "the chosen figure's card" instead of "that figure's card" just for clarity.

I get close to the same cost on the calculator, but I think his second and third power are fairly niche, so I might cheat closer to 240. I'm not sure he does enough on offense to be drafted at 260.

I’m not really sure why he has 6L and 5D. That’s really high durability for the character.

RAT INFORMATION NETWORK

For the entire round, whenever an Order Marker is revealed on the chosen figure's card, you may immediately move up to 3 Creature, Investigator, or Slayer heroes you control up to 3 spaces each.

CREATURES OF NOCTURNE
Instead of taking a turn with Hannibal King, you may take a turn with a figure you control that is a Vermin. Hannibal is never affected by the Plague special power.

OCCULT SPECIALIST
When attacking or defending against Entities, Demons, Undead, or figures with the Magical Defense special power, Hannibal King counts all blanks rolled as extra skulls or extra shields.

I was going with ghosts and other occult types and ghosts in general seem to either be entities or undead. With entities essentially being more akin to ghosts combined with God/Demonhood which seems fitting for Occult knowledge to counter.
