Today, we’re going to preview the second pack in the Warriors of Eberron expansion, Veterans of the Last War.
Pack 2: Common Pack
Veterans of the Last War
Includes one Uncommon Werewolf Lord, one Uncommon Mind Flayer Mastermind, one Common Squad of 3 Warforged Soldiers, 3 Glow-in-the-dark Lycanthropy markers, and one Treasure Glyph
Mind Flayer Mastermind:
Ah, the Illithid. It was only a matter of time before they made their way into Heroscape! The Mind Flayer Mastermind comes as a new addition to Utgar’s horde that can take control of other players's Heroes. Not only that, but their Psionic Blast can remove order markers from defending figures!
Warforged Soldiers:
The latest Heroscape squad has the ability to move their defending figures to gain a tactical advantage! These guys pack quite a punch and bring a new level of strategy to battlefield placement.
Werewolf Lord:
The Werewolves have arrived.
A howl echoes across the room. You look up, as a feral hunter races towards you, ready to devour your allies. As he lashes out and catches you with his teeth the wound immediately begins to burn. The taint travels through your bloodstream as you shiver with the awareness that something feels off, and the moon looks rather bright tonight…
As an added bonus, the Lycanthropy markers glow in the dark!
Treasure Glyph
The Treasure Glyph included in the Veterans of the Last War pack is the Cloak of Invisibility!
Cloak of Invisibility
TEMPORARY TREASURE GLYPH
This figure may use this cloak at any point during its turn. This figure has no visible Hit Zones until the end of the current round or until it attacks with a normal or special attack, whichever comes first. This figure will never take any leaving engagement attacks while invisible.

Glow in the dark markers! Too cool! (But we'll have to play by the LOS in Darkness rules...)

Darn. Now I have to edit my Archmage Arugal custom to include Lycanthropes.
Mind flayer: Looks pretty sweet! I'll probably get AT LEAST 2-3. Warforged: Look good to me! Probably at least 2 squads. Werewolf: Probably will get 3-4. LOVE the card! |

I can't wait to try out the Werewolf lord and the Mind Flayer. This pack seems to be all about controlling your opponents figures.
